The Director's Cut
Even on Paris's style-conscious streets, Haroum stood out in his Oscar de la Renta boiler-suit layered with his suede Fabiani coat. This film student currently lives in London, but when we caught up with him, he was on vacation in Paris because he very much appreciates French culture. He told us that he likes the traditional style. But we think his look is inventive, like one of his favourite directors Lars von Trier, whose films include: Breaking the Waves and the music video Dancer in the Dark. Many have described von Trier's work as controversial but who wants to be mediocre? Haroum is anything but in today's composition! @rounyye

Faux Fun
We saw speeding spots when we stopped Lori in Soho in her Shrimps faux animal print coat. She is a lawyer, so maybe that's why she likes things to be black and white! Lori was with her husband on her way to a candy store for vegan Easter treats; she told us that her inspiration comes from being vegan, thus the faux fur and fake leather boots; we admire her ethics, but her playful style is proof that vegan life isn't always about restraint! www.enidcrow.com

A New Narrative
He Zhang was in his favourite colour, black when we met him. He told us, 'black always feels cool and on point in every situation and environment; it is a passe-partout! However, if the sun is out, which we know is a rare occurrence in London, he'll add a hint of colour. So mainly black then! He finds inspiration in London's museums and galleries, but when it comes to fashion, it's the street that's the stimulus, notably Brick Lane. His move from China was triggered by his MA at Central Saint Martins in Narrative Environments involving visitor experience design through the application of text, image, sound and physical space. This is his final project entitled 'Running River, a narrative Running Experience.' At the project's heart is a noble cause, to raise awareness and improve mental health. This is achieved through exercise along a series of running routes lined with installations that bring a narrative to the experience. We greatly admire He's drive to improve the prospects for mental health patients; he might like a dark look, but it's the light he shines on this crucial subject that counts. @hezhangln @runningriverldn
